Timeless garden party wedding in Colorado

Are you planning a timeless, classic garden wedding, Colorado style? Look no further than Remi and Joel’s elegant Castle Pines Golf Club wedding!

You’ll love every detail — starting with Remi’s romantic Madison James gown from The Bridal Collection that is both timeless and modern. And how beautiful is the shade and style of her sisters’ Jenny Yoo bridesmaids dresses?

Colorado Wedding Planner and Florist gives nod to ski season

Peach and green were the colors of the day, with pretty gold accents to create a timeless, elegant look.

Kate Dalton with Bello + Blue provided the most stunning garden party florals and worked with Remi and her mother to curate this perfect day!

Since Remi and Joel shared their first kiss and their wedding proposal at Beaver Creek resort, ski pass escort cards were only one of the many personal touches that showcased their unique story. (You can read more about their story and see some of their snowy engagement photos here.)

Colorado wedding venue with stunning mountain views

Even the weather got in the act, providing blue skies and mountain views for days! The ceremony site perched at the top of one of one of Denver’s most exclusive golf course gave guests a spectacular view of famous peaks from Colorado Springs to Estes Park.

And there was just the right amount of wind for perfectly floating a veil.

Meaningful wedding details: German Family Bible and Communion Wine

With all of these pretty details, you might wonder which was Remi and Joel’s favorite. It was actually the German Bible that was passed down through Remi’s family since the mid-1800s. They placed it on the table alongside the bread and wine for their first communion as husband and wife — the perfect picture of their faith and the family legacy, which they are continuing now in their own marriage.

Private Vows before the ceremony

One of the most meaningful parts of their day was saying their vows. Remi and Joel chose to say traditional vows in front of their family and friends, as well as exchange private vows alone before the ceremony.

Before walking down the aisle, Remi was surprised to find herself feeling completely at peace! “Seeing the beautiful mountain view and knowing all of my friends and family were waiting to see me made me so excited for the ceremony. Walking with my dad was really special. We took our time to enjoy the moment.”

When Joel first saw Remi, he couldn’t stop thinking about how beautiful she looked. (I mean, just look at her in these wedding photos! And you’ll love seeing his reaction too.) He said one of his favorite moments of the day was seeing Remi at the end of the aisle with her dad — and most of all seeing her so very happy!

“The Best wedding ever”

Speaking of happy, Remi’s mother has thanked me many times for the gallery of images that has allowed them to enjoy the happiest of days over and over again. What absolutely made her day, though, was when Remi came up to her during the reception and said, “Mom, this is the best wedding ever!” The smile on Remi’s face and the sparkle in her eyes at that moment is a memory that remains in a mother’s heart forever.

After an unforgettable honeymoon in Fiji, Remi and Joel are enjoying being newlyweds. One of the biggest surprises of being married is how much they are enjoying the little moments: Giving joint birthday gifts. Calling to let each other know when they are staying late at work. Making weekend plans together. Even sharing the same last name. The big adventures are the ones we post on Instagram and Facebook, but it’s a lifetime of these small moments that makes a marriage and a family. Can’t wait to keep up both the big and small moments with Remi and Joel!
